We repair and refurbish Jetomat® variable-nozzle thermocompressors in Pune. We inspect the unit, overhaul or replace worn parts with original Baelz spares, service the actuator and re-commission it on your process.

What a Jetomat® refurbishment covers
We have refurbished Jetomat® units, and the work is done in Pune. Each job follows the same four steps.

Inspect
We inspect the unit part by part: nozzle, spindle, seat and plug, seals and actuator.

Overhaul or replace
Worn parts such as the nozzle and spindle are overhauled or replaced with original Baelz spares.

Service the actuator
Pneumatic actuators get new diaphragms and springs where they are worn. Motorised actuators are checked and replaced where needed.

Re-commission
We re-commission the Jetomat® on your process.

Re-sizing
Your load has changed? Re-size the Jetomat®
When the process changes, an existing Jetomat® can be re-sized to the new duty.
- We recalculate the duty first, from your new steam conditions.
- The flow is changed by fitting a new seat and plug.
- A larger diffuser can go on the existing body, within the stroke of the actuator.

Jetomat® repair questions
Do you repair thermocompressors of other makes?
No. We repair and refurbish Jetomat® units only. A fixed-nozzle thermocompressor of any make can be replaced with a variable-nozzle Jetomat®.
Where is the repair work done?

Do you use original spare parts?
Yes. We fit original Baelz spare parts only: seal sets, plugs, spindles, actuator diaphragms and motorised actuators.
